Online purchases

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Once we receive the product and verify that it is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase or by bank transfer.

The shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, except if the product has a manufacturing defect or if an error was made by inQuiets during shipping.

In-store purchases

Products purchased in our physical store may be exchanged or returned within 30 days, provided they are in perfect condition and include their original packaging.

In these cases, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the purchase was paid by card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If it was paid in cash, the refund will be made in cash.
