Yoga classes are a dance in motion through yoga that, apart from helping with childbirth, helps future mothers face pregnancy in a healthy way and consciously enter the new world of motherhood.
Pregnancy yoga brings us connection with ourselves and the baby, movement: helps us to have flexibility, activate the pelvic floor and gain strength in our body, breathing: we connect with life energy, meditation to presence and shamanic chants to raise our vibration.
