Yoga class with the baby
In mother-baby yoga we create a space where the mother reconnects with her body and with the yoga postures. Activating and reawakening the body, the abdominal part, the navel and the pelvic floor, in order to gain flexibility and relax the back. All this in a welcoming and safe environment for you and your child. We stretch, relax and end up in a circle singing to our babies (sleep songs and music-medicine).

The children are happy to see their mother enjoying themselves and to feel that they are included in the activity.
Monday from 17:00h to 18:00h.
